Soon to be homeless

Much to our shock and delight, we sold our house on Thursday! After nearly a month of no activity, a couple asked to see the house twice in one week. They put in an offer on Monday, and we spent the next 4 days exchanging counter-offers. God is so good - they finally accepted our "we-absolutely-can't-go-any-lower-than-this" number. The only catch is that they asked to close in 23 days! We certainly weren't going to haggle over the closing date, but it does mean that we have a lot to do in the next month. The two obvious priorities are 1) FIND A PLACE TO LIVE and 2) PACK!
