Well, hello. I am coming to you from October 2021. I have fallen terribly behind after a full summer spilled into an even fuller new school year!
In June, we spent two glorious weeks at the beach. The first week was shared with my side of the family, and the second week it was just the six of us! We hadn’t done two weeks back to back since Ryan was a baby. The few attempts we had made since then ended abruptly as poor sleep and the other challenges of vacationing with multiple littles saw us limping back to the comforts of home by day 10. However, we have certainly reached a New Stage of parenting, and the two weeks went beautifully. It was actually fun and relaxing for all of us.
